Cancellation right and policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without stating the reasons.

The cancellation period is from the date on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last items.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (doppler H. The dispatch of the notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires is sufficient for compliance to the cancellation deadline.


Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we receive your notice of cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for the repayment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will we charge you any fees for the repayment. We reserve the right to refuse to refund payments until we have received the returned items or until you have provided proof that you have sent the items back, whichever is earlier.

You must send or return the items to us without undue delay, and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which you notify us about the cancellation of this contract. The dispatch of the items before expiry of the fourteen-day period is sufficient for compliance to the deadline. You shall be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

IMPORTANT: We pick up forwarding goods. You pay the carrying costs of the return of forwarding goods in the amount of 39,90 €.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling the goods other than how is necessary to ascertain the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.


Information for returning goods

We accept the return costs (when shipped by parcel accomodating enough) und the condition that you use our return label. Should you not use our label, you bear the cost of returning.

Include a copy of the right of revocation form or the invoice with your return. When paying by "prepayment / transfer" please specify your bank details. As soon as the returned article(s) have arrived, we inspect your return. After that we arrange the repayment. You get the money back the same way you paid the order. Please note that depending on the bank and payment method, several working days may pass until the repayment amount has been credited to your account.


General note (not required):

If possible send the parcel back to us in original packaging. If you have already disposed of the original packaging, please ensure adequate packaging - so that the ordered goods are adequately protected against transport damage.

1.) Please enclose a copy of the right of revocation form or the invoice.

2.) Pack the ordered goods as best as possible.

3.) Glue the return-to-send label on the package.

4.) And deliver the package to the next package shop. (Germany = GLS; Austria = DPD)

5.) In the case of a delivery by transport company, a pick-up order will be created.
